Postural Assessment

Your posture is something that is unique to you. It could be a combination of genetics, the way you’ve been using your body in a specific way due to the nature of your work, or sports that you currently (or previously) play(ed); or an injury that you currently have. If you’re experiencing pain and your posture may be a contributing factor to that pain, a postural assessment will give your trainer a better idea when it comes to designing your exercise routine and what exercises to include (or to not include) in your bespoke personal training session.
