Resistance Training

Resistance training is exercise movements that are performed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a muscle or a muscle group to contract against external resistance, this can be free weights; dumbells, kettlebells, barbell, machines, resistance bands all of which we have exceptional quality of in our studio! This training is done with the expectation of increases in strength, power, hypertrophy, and/or endurance. Resistance training benefits include: increasing functional strength, improving posture, improving heart health, assisting weight management and improvement in mental health!
