Gosia has specialized in personal training for 5 years, representing revolution PT from 2017. She focuses on building strength and conditioning, weight loss and management, and correct movement patterns. She’s a committed vegan and promotes a healthy mindset and lifestyle in everything she does. She is dedicated to improving quality of life through exercise and nutrition and likes to take a holistic approach to advise her clients which stretches beyond basic exercise. Gosia’s style is collaborative, supportive and to boost the confidence of her clients. She has achieved some incredible weight loss and strength building goals with her clients this year, the most notable of which is a client who lost 20kgs. Outside of work, she likes to relax with photography and drawing.
